Ravenglass & Eskdale Railway - La'al Ratty
Welcome
Welcome to my gallery of the Ravenglass & Eskdale Railway in Cumbria, North West England. The 'La'al Ratty' as its known locally, is a 15" narrow gauge railway running for 7 miles from the coastal village of Ravenglass to the foot of England's highest mountains in the Eskdale Valley, within the Lake District National Park. I am a long standing active operational volunteer on the railway and am Chairman of the Ravenglass & Eskdale Railway Preservation Society.
